Specification guideChoose liners by fit and use, not gallon rating alone.
A bag that looks close can still be the wrong fit. Begin with the container dimensions and the actual waste stream. Tell us whether the liner handles light office waste, food-service waste, sharp packaging or another routine use.
Specifications to include
Container and bag dimensions
Provide the receptacle height and opening measurements, plus the liner dimensions if you already have a reliable fit. Gallon capacity is helpful context, but it does not identify the bag by itself.
Material and thickness
State the current material and thickness if known, including whether the specification is listed in mil or micron. Do not treat those units as interchangeable. Describe any tearing or leaking you need to address.
Quantity and packing
Specify bags per roll, rolls per case and cases needed. A lower case price can mean fewer bags; unit counts make the comparison useful.
Workplace requirements
Tell us about color, tie style, disposal workflow and any required purchasing specification. Specialty or regulated uses need their exact requirements reviewed before any product is proposed.
Review before approving
Your quote should identify the exact item, pack count, quantity, delivered price and expected timing. Ask us to clarify any proposed substitute before you approve. A quote request does not reserve stock or create an automatic order.
